Crate engineering and interior protection design are included at no additional charge. We assess the load, geometry, handling conditions, and destination, then specify the full solution. Production begins once the design is confirmed. There is no separate design fee.

Nearly fifty years of experience in protective packaging means interior design and sourcing are handled within our network, with no additional steps or separate suppliers. Multi-density foam, ESD-safe options, corrugate partitions, and hybrid configurations are available across all crate types. One point of contact, one design process.

ClipCrate panels and clips are replaceable individually. A damaged wall or worn clip gets shipped as a replacement part; the crate continues. For aluminum cases, drawer layouts, access panels, and foam inserts can be reconfigured years after the original order. The build evolves rather than gets replaced.

Wood crates, ClipCrates, aluminum transport cases, and protective foam interiors are all available from Canwell. Consolidating crate sourcing under one supplier removes vendor management overhead and keeps design accountability in one place.

ClipCrates in standard sizes move to production immediately on order confirmation and ship within days. Single units and large repeat programs are treated with equal consideration; there is no minimum order requirement.
